San Diego chef arrested after 14 years on the run under an alias, officials say
An Iowa fugitive is in custody after spending 14 years living and working in San Diego under a different alias. The U.S. Marshals Service says Brian Anthony Williams, 50, had been working at Miss B's in Mission Beach as a chef under the name Troy Williams.
